2017: Explore
Dec. 28th, 2016 05:38 pmI don't do New Year's resolutions. They're always so specific, and failing one a single time destroys my motivation to keep it. I've never successfully turned one into a habit. I do like coals, though, and I'm a big picture lady, so I prefer to choose a word for the year. It's a single word that encompasses all of the things I want to focus on and what I want to get out of the year.
2015 was balance.
2016 was progress.
2017 is explore.
I have been so focused, so single minded for the last 3 years. This year is time to go off my leash and explore new hobbies (surely there's some form of exercise I actually like), study new things (Spanish!) and travel to visit people & places.
