Friday Five: On the road
Aug. 8th, 2014 12:54 pm1. What kind of vehicle (car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, whatever you have) do you currently drive? Make, model, year, color, personality, name, bumper stickers, rearview mirror/dashboard/rear window ornaments, if any.
I drive a 2005 Honda Element. The color is "Sunset Pearl Metallic," which is a fancy Honda term for "orange". Her name is Leeloo, and she sports a Dave Matthews Band firedancer sticker on the back window, along with 3 Apple stickers: Daddy size, Mama size, & Ganon size. :)

2. What are some of your favorite things about your vehicle?
The interior space, OMG! I also very much love that she is orange. I love that the back seats lie totally flat & can be tilted to hang along the sides of the vehicle, leaving the back so open & tall that you can almost fit as much as some delivery trucks.

3. What are some things you dislike about your vehicle or would change if you could?
They discontinued the Element in 2011. If I ever want to update, I'll have to switch to an entirely different car. I am NOT down with that, as I love it so much. If I could change anything about it, I'd have Honda bring it back. :)
4. What is your fondest memory involving your vehicle?
The first time we went camping in it! We hung the back seats up as mentioned & slept on eggshell crate mattresses & sleeping bags in the back. It was awesome. We did it again at Wakarusa 2012.
5. What's something you've never done with your vehicle that you'd like to?
Can't think of anything, really. Maybe tailgate with friends at a DMB show.
