Joe is a perfect example of why some people cannot get a shelter puppy. Everything about him indicated he would probably stay small: delicate face, tiny feet. Then we got him home & got him properly fed and OH CRAP I HAVE A LABRADOR RETRIEVER. LOL! For us it’s totally do-able though. We just may need a bigger dog door if he continues to grow.
