- Tue, 15:44: Just read an article that says the ADHD brain bestows importance on something by virtue of it being interesting, challenging, or urgent.
- Tue, 15:45: That seems very spot on, to me. It also referred to us as "non-neurotypical" rather than "disordered." Never occurred to me, but I like it.
- Tue, 15:45: I would say I have to have 2 out of the 3. If a challenging task doesn't interest me, it had better be urgent or I won't do it.
- Tue, 15:46: Challenging & interesting will keep me focused for AGES, which is probably why I found such a good home in high acuity hospital nursing.
